Toilet tank and accessories - ready to Go

On this page you will find all the installation parts that are normally used for an installation of black water tank and connections - we have pre-selected the sizes we most often sell, If you dont need all, or need another size studs etc. you can change the qty. as needed

We Have beased this on the Vetus "Ready to go" black water tank - this tank is pre-assembled with pump and all fittings for suction, pump for discharge to the sea, vent valve etc.

Connections from toilet to tank:
The only thing missing from the tank is the inlet connection from the toilet - it is avaliablefor hoses Ø16, 19, 25 and 38mm hose (Type RT16B, RT19B, RT25B, RT38B)

Odorless hoses:

• From toilet to tank, we have pre-selected Ø19mm odorless hose as this is what vetus uses, but other brands use 25 and 38mm hose.
• For emptying to deck and sea - here a Ø38mm odorless hose is used
• Ø19mm odorless hose is used for venting

Discharge to deck:
Suction pipe with Ø38mm studs is mounted on the tank and from tank to deck entry an odorless Ø38mm toilet hose (type SAHOSE38) must be used - in addition a deck entry is needed (note that all Vetus deck entries comply with the standard for emptying systems) we have several types which are all shown in the overview.

Discharge to sea:
The tank is pre-assembled with a pump and from here the waste is discharged troug hull - a Ø38mm odorless hose, and anti-siphon valve and hull penetration which consists of 1 ½ ”bushing, 1 ½” ball valve and 1 ½ ”hose connection for Ø38mm hose

Ventilation of tank:
The tank is pre-assembled with a 19mm hose connecter for Ø19mm no-smell waste water hose type SAHOSE19, an anti-odor filter which is a filter with activated carbon that removes odors from venting the tank and a breather nipple..

Tank gauge:
The tank is pre-assembled with an ultrasonic sensor - what is missing is an instrument for displaying the level in the tank - we have a nice Ø50mm display where you can choose between 3 instrument background colors cream, white and black - 2 becel rings are supplied for each instrument in chrome respectively and black.
